Experience in strategic planning and organization, GOP and AOPs (Global and Annual operational plans); Project Cycle Management, Result Based Management and Logical Frameworks Analysis; Socioeconomic EC expert in social and labour market insertion, mainly working with young people and women in the outskirts of Montevideo. Has been working with training needs assessment, training, production of training material for NGO's and Local self Government in Serbia during 2011.Has written a concept paper to United Nations Girls Education Initiative that will be published in Global Development Report UNESCO/UNICEF 2012 about pathways for young women from school to labour market integration.
