Sociologist specialised in gender equality and mainstreaming working with private enterprises and the development cooperation, ranging from public sector reforms to large scale infrastructure investments (water, sanitation and solid waste), where she mainly carry through social due diligence and audits, including stakeholder engagement, affordability and willingness to pay analysis, labour conditions, community helath and safety.

 

She is also hired for designing and carrying through trainings and coaching on:

- organisational performance and measuring results

- CSR;

- Gender, leadership and management

 

She uses trainings tools to to increase stakeholder engagement and client ownership for sustainable project implementation in private entperprises and investment objects. She has been contracted by private Swedish firms, the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), UN, EU, Sida, DfID, the Dutch Foreign Ministry and a range of international NGOs and consultancy firms.
